Favorite Things, 2007: Failure
It must be a favorite, because I've had more of them than I could count this year. Personal and professional projects, ill-conceived and half-completed. Relationships both poorly maintained (sorry y'all) and completely severed, which, in a case or two, could just as easily be filed under Accomplishments (no one reading this). I had hoped to do a better job of reconciling the abysmal chasm separating my ideals from my lifestyle. A colossal flop, that was, but at least my guilt is tempered by an empty bank account.

You're alright, Barry.
Tardiness? Ha! I'm the Reigning Champ of Tardy. And shooting for a Lifetime Near-Achievement Award.
Nice real estate over there. I am humbled and tickled to be situated between Paul Krassner and Black Agenda Report. Though not so humbled I could've resisted choosing that exact spot myself.
Thanks aplenty. We'll talk soon.
